Summer house in Lickersham on the island of Gotland - New construction.

The goal was to create a stone house with a lot of light and multiple transparencies characterized by the same qualities as in my wooden houses. At the same time, the house is a traditional Gotland structure with white painted walls, and the stepped stone moulding that meets similar teak sections over the windows. Over time the teak becomes a silver grey colour, and the weatherworn surface harmonizes with the light façades and the roof of galvanized sheeting. The house fits naturally into the delicate environment of the old fishing village.
